Yujie Tong is an Assistant Professor at the Law School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He received his PhD in Law from Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University. His research focuses on digital governance, competition law, and legal AI, with particular interests in digital-platform regulation, platform compliance, and the relationship between technology and social governance.
