Professor Liu Liu

Liu Liu is the Co-Director of CDPGP and a Professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University. She received her Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from the Department of Sociology at Nanjing University, a graduate certificate from the Hopkins–Nanjing Center, and a PhD from the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at the University of Hong Kong. She joined Nanjing University in February 2012 and was a visiting scholar at the University of Southern California School of Social Work from 2013 to 2014. Her research spans social governance, health and mental health, and deviance, with recent work focusing on deviance and crime associated with the internet and new media technologies.
