Kezhu Fang is a Professor at the School of Law and Sociology and the School of Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Yunnan Normal University. She holds a Master of Laws from the China University of Political Science and Law. Her teaching and research focus on jurisprudence, administrative law, education law, anti-drug law, and supervision law.
