Dong Li is a Lecturer in the School of History and Sociology at Chongqing Normal University. She holds a PhD in Sociology from Xiamen University. Her research spans cultural sociology, the sociology of crime, narrative sociology, and correctional social work, with a particular focus on drug governance, the life narratives of people convicted of drug offences, and the relationships between punishment, social order, and moral experience.
